Various optimizations and feature updates to TDS, Desktop Tools and Array Explorer.

TDS configuration available on the web interface.
Notification widget for storage running out on TDS server.
Measurement sorting/filtering on inspection reports.
- Measurements can be filtered by status (pass/fail/no decision).
- When sorting by decision, measurements without decision and without measurements are sorted to the back.
On inspection reports, labels on images can be toggled on/off.
Up to 1000 inspections can be listed at once.
Optionally enable HSTS headers to enforce HTTPS traffic.
Updated jQuery library to v3.7.1.
Login form centered.
Performance improvements accross various functions.
API update:
- Querying measurements possible using /measurements?type=weld&ids=1,2,4,6,...

Corrected numbers of measurements on Product Overview statistics for imported parts.
Prevent disabled users from logging in if client_hide_login_user_list is set.
On inspection overview, multiple inspections can be selected using Shift+Left click.
Fix bug where deleting an inspection could leave the measurements in the database.
- Under certain circumstances, this led to inspections displaying measurements which didn't belong there.
Fix size issue for C-scan images on tabular inspection reports.
Decluttering free mode inspections.
- Remove unrelated info from report header.
- Remove image carousel.
- Remove image tab from prints.
Remove image tab from inspection report prints when images are hidden.
Fix error where C-scan pop-outs would flicker at the bottom of the page, on inspection reports.
Header bar scrolls with the rest of the window.
Corrected bug regarding imported reason IDs.

New Diagnostics Snapshot Tool:
- This tool combines a collection of information on the F2 unit to help diagnose bugs and problems.
Header bar widget updates:
- Sound and brightness are combined.
- Battery indicator color changes depending on battery charge.
- Array Explorer will display a notification if battery charge runs out.
- Array Explorer will display a warning when the system storage runs out.
In the Auditor, if a measured value is out of range with respect to configured boundaries, it is highlighted in the header bar.
The Probe Configuration page highlights non-responsive elements.
The A/B/C buttons on the remote are now programmable from within Application Settings.
Warning during Setup, if the front plate deviates from configured stack values.
Array Explorer will highlight the presets tab if the user deviates from configured preset.
Optionally enable v3-like setup behavior:
- Always keep the setup value of the previous measurement regardless of stack changes.
New inspections will always pre-select the first entry.
Warning in Array Explorer if TDS becomes unavailable during export.
Array Explorer will display a warning if it's misconfigured to point at localhost.
- This happens on default installation, when no TDS instance is associated with the unit.
The logs page now also displayes log details when available.
Updated sqlite dependency to v3.47.1.

Fix bug where remote wouldn't respect the Default to Continuous Mode setting.
Resuming a paused inspection will start at the last selected spot.
Fix bug where the measurement deletion dialog wouldn't display the spot name.
Fix bug where the refresh button on the logs page wouldn't work.
Auditor settings are unlocked without reloading the inspection when logging in with authorative user.
Header bar in the auditor omits the subscripts on free-mode inspections.

Hotspots can be quickly placed on images by using the new "Plot" feature:
- Users can simply click where the joint is supposed to be on the image, and Desktop Tools will automatically add the plot.
- It will start with the first unmapped hotspot in order of joint names.
Selection of welds is maintained across various pages (Spotwelds/routes/images).
When importing from clipboard, Desktop Tools detects already existing welds and allows to merge from clipboard or skip entries.
Categories and presets display how many joints they are associated with.
Enable comments for parts/groups.
include an "About" tab in Desktop Tools containing Tessonics contact info.
Desktop Tools auto-selects the first user during login.
Desktop Tools displays common keyboard shortcuts next to the actions.

Fix bug where refresh wouldn't work on the All Welds/Bonds page.
Fix bug where bonds couldn't properly be removed from images.
Fix bug where revisions page didn't update automatically after revision creation.
Desktop automatically selects the first USB from the list when opening the Synchronization page.
