- Fixed the column reordering of inspection CSV reports: users can now reorder the columns again by clicking and dragging within TDS.
- Buf fix regarding improper display of parts with names containing a single quote

- Bug fix regarding opening/deleting inspections from previous months.
- Fixed access violation when trying to resume an active inspection without being logged in.
