Weld Feedback is Not Being Received by the PLC

See if PLC is receiving Heartbeat Signal. If so, the potential causes include:

• The Remote Module has lost electrical power;
• Connections to the Remote Module may be loose or improperly fastened;
• Hall Effect sensor is not detecting current ON and/or current OFF; or
• Hall Effect sensor is disconnected.

If not, these are the potential causes:

• Anybus module is disconnected;
• PLC is physically disconnected to RIWA; or
• PLC misconfiguration (check RIWA Configurator to see PLC configuration settings).

Recommended Action:

1. Check and secure all connections.
2. Reset the RIWA Panel after connections are fastened.
