Various updates to Array Explorer in the V3 software suite.

Fix: center zoom on selected weld after changing images.
Fix: sort part group and part name list by caption.
Fix: controller re-activation was sometimes failing when restoring from hibernated state.
Fix: The Array Explorer application was kept minimized then pushing Array Explorer button in the launcher.
Fix: The manual circle sizing was not working properly when the Secondary Echo algorithm was active.
Feature: Added an option of displaying automatic decision (good/marginal/bad). The algorithm compares the measured size and indentation to the specified thresholds and shows the decision in the C-scan area.
Adjustments: The secondary echo processing algorithm in Full mode is now more sensitive.
