Various updates to the Array Explorer, Designer, Reporter, Database Tools and Synchronizer softwares in the V3 software suite.

Low battery warning to help prevent data loss.
Display correct schedule when a weld is assigned to a robot.
Load Robot information for unmeasured welds when resuming an inspection.
When starting a new inspection, parts that do not have any welds are hidden.
Added subtle clicking sound when the get button is pressed.
Fixed an issue with stack thickness being saved incorrectly when indentation could not be measured.
Fixed an issue with natural string comparison algorithm that could prevent some of the applications to work properly if sorted strings contain certain sequences of characters.
Fixed an issue with newer USB storage drives not being recognized.
Fixed an issue related to an occasional black spot appearance in C-scans especially noticeable with R03 devices.
Fixed an issue with an error message popping up when starting Array Explorer on R03 devices with depleted/disconnected external battery.

Fixed language parameter in the default short-cut (i.e. system language is used).
Added 'transfer' and 'process' flags that break the synchronization process into two steps.

'File -> Database -> Merge from XML...' properly handles parts that have been moved to another group.
Some newer USB storage drives were not recognized.
Weld labels can be dragged from an image into a route.
The 'delete' key can be used to remove selected items from a route.
Invert 'No Chisel' flag (visit here for the relevant documentation).
'Duplicate Part: Add * to weld names' was added to the preferences. In earlier versions, this was automatic and could not be disabled.
