Various updates to the Array Explorer, Synchronizer and Designer softwares in the V3 software suite.

Array Explorer​

  • New feature: Aggressive Peak Detection mode, helps to improve stick weld detection by handling small signal peaks more effectively. Disabled by default.
  • New feature: Surface Follower - allows to configure how the gates are positioned relative to the surface. Allows to provide more consistent results in some weld configurations. Disabled by default. See online documentation for the illustration.
  • Improved secondary echo algorithm. Now it provides better positioning of secondary gates for curved samples.

Synchronizer​

  • Bug fix: Export from RSWA unit sometimes did not work on dates at the beginning and at the end of the month.
  • Bug fix: Image transfer from Designer to RSWA was skipping some of the image files.
  • New feature: Date range selector now highlights days that have one or more inspections with bold font.
  • Improved compatibility with certain models of memory sticks.

Designer and Array Explorer​

  • Bug fix: Custom mode inspections obtained with recent releases of Array Explorer could not be opened in the Designer.
