RSWA 4.10.4

This version of TDS, Array Explorer and Desktop Tools features numerous bug fixes and advancements, especially the following:

  1. Improved handling of algorithm presets in Array Explorer; and
  2. Bug fixes regarding time discrepancies when searching for inspections in TDS.

TDS Download​

Features​

  • Now displays storage information from RSWA devices running Array Explorer 4.10.4 and newer. Storage information

  • Selecting a joint name from the search panel now automatically scrolls to the proper joint in the Part page.

  • Added additional logs when TDS fails to import inspections.

  • Visual improvements to the Part page, Inspection Page, Inspection page, Inspections table, and CSV export dialog.

  • Automatically reloads SSL certificates when they are changed.

Bugfixes​

  • Fixed time discrepancy when searching for inspections within a specified time range.
  • Can now properly clone groups.
  • When exporting inspections, the Confirm button is now disabled when all columns are disabled.
  • C-Scan images now enlarge again when hovering over them.
  • Fixed bug when retrieving certain algorithm presets.
  • Improved translations for different displays.

Array Explorer Download​

Features​

  • Active inspections now displays notes.
  • An active Template or Restricted mode inspection of a deleted part can now be reopened.
  • Improved position of Auto Setup dialog within the Probe Configuration page, so as not to block the probe information.
  • Now sends storage information to TDS (requires TDS version 4.10.4 or newer to be visible).
  • Shows more detailed logs and error messages when Array Explorer fails to export inspections to TDS or fails to activate the template revision.
  • Automatically selects the first connected USB device when exporting inspections.
  • Changed critical battery warning threshold from 5% to 10%.
  • Displays a yellow warning for the diameter if the measured diameter is larger than the minimum but smaller than the target.

  • Visual improvements on various displays and popups throughout the application.

Bugfixes​

  • Apply All button is now disabled when applying the defined algorithm preset from Desktop Tools.
  • During a Free Mode inspection, when specifying middle plate thickness, the thickness value now carries forward to new welds (as it was before 4.10.0).
  • Fixed occasional issue where thickness was not detected.
  • Fixed bug during Free Mode inspections where selecting Next adds new joints earlier in the joint list.
  • Weld presets are properly reapplied if switching between manual algorithm settings and preset mode.
  • "Switch Server" dialog when activating new template revision now only displays when the TDS URL changes.
  • Fixed bug where the application would freeze when changing settings in the Application Settings page.
  • Fixed an issue where the Inspection Storage page did not scroll properly.
  • Auto live mode no longer initiates live mode when selecting previously measured spots.
  • Fix bug where logs were no longer tracked under certain circumstances.
  • Minor visual improvements to the Inspection Browser page when deleting inspections.
  • Improved URL handling when entering the TDS URL without a protocol.

Desktop Tools Download​

Features​

  • Joints in quick collection are now highlighted as such in the joint list in the image and route pages.

Bugfixes​

  • Multiple layout improvements to the Import Inspections dialog.
