Getting Started

The Tessonics Resistance Spot Weld Analyzer (RSWA) is designed and manufactured as a high-quality instrument. Under normal working conditions, the F2 model ensures long-lasting, trouble-free service.

Damage in Transit

Inspect the unit thoroughly upon receipt for any signs of external or internal damage that may have occurred during shipment. Notify the carrier immediately of any damage, as they are typically responsible for shipping-related issues. Retain all packing materials, waybills, and other shipping documents to support your damage claim. After notifying the carrier, contact Tessonics for assistance with the claims process and to arrange for replacement equipment, if necessary. Please note that the shipping container is reusable and can be used for future returns, such as recalibration or repair.

Setting Up

Review the list of supplied items and ensure that all items listed on the RSWA Packing List are included. If any items are missing, contact the Tessonics Sales and Service office immediately.

Before first use, connect the A/C adapter to the device and charge the batteries for at least 4 hours.
