Overview

The base F2 unit includes a Windows 10-based tablet PC with pre-installed software. Two removable batteries provide up to 9–12 hours of runtime when the device is disconnected from a power source. The probe features either a 52-element or a 120-element transducer, which connects to an internal DSP board housed within the F2 unit. A charger/AC adapter supplies power for simultaneous device operation and battery charging. The device is encased in a ruggedized housing to protect against shock and mechanical damage.
