Admin Dashboard

Setup​

When accessing the administrator registration, if you have questions about this setup, please refer to the software installation setup. Once you have clicked the link, you will see a screen like this. Enter the required information.

After entering your information, you will be required to install an authenticator app. Simply scan the QR code within your authenticator app to register your device.

You will then be prompted to enter your code to verify the registration.

Layout​

After you enter the correct code, you will see the Admin Dashboard.

User Management​

Inside User Management, you are able to invite new users and manage current users.

Inviting New Users​

When inviting a new user, you need to enter the recipient's email and role. The role can be either admin or user, granting different permissions.

API Token Management​

Inside this section, you are able to create API tokens.

When creating a token, you will be prompted to enter a Token Name and an optional expiration date. If not set, the token will not expire.

Once created, you will receive a one-time pop-up window with the token name and token ID. After this is created, you must copy the Full Token to a secure place, as you will not be able to view it again.

Once created, you will be able to view a screen with all the active API tokens, including who created them, when they were last used, their expiry date, the creation date, and its current status.
