Manufacturing Equipment

Overview​

The Manufacturing Equipment sidebar menu provides access to information related to the manufacturing equipment. It follows a hierarchical structure of line, which contains cells, which in turn contain guns.

For example, the Tessonics Multiboard line contains cells such as WheelHouse LH. This menu lists the welding guns associated with the specific manufacturing equipment, including Simulated Gun A2, Simulated Gun 20, and Simulated Gun 15. Inside each gun, you are able to view the welds that were created and the data associated with them.

When you click on a welding gun, you will see some information, including basic details such as:

  • Part name
  • Start time
  • A colored indicator representing the weld rating

In addition to this basic data, clicking on the colored square representing the weld rating reveals more detailed information regarding the weld. Please refer to Weld Summary.

When you click on the Part Name, you will get an image containing the weld mapping with some useful metadata, please refer to Part Summary for more
