Manufacturing Equipment

Overview​

Inside the Manufacturing Equipment sidebar, you can add and remove the production lines available. You can search for existing lines, add new ones, and view the welding gun you've added, along with its creation time and last updated time.

Configuring Lines​

When you click on a welding gun, a general settings page appears with its name and a toggle for its activity status.

In addition to the general settings, there is a section called Cells where you can add, remove, and edit your current cells.

When editing your line, you are able to add and remove the welding guns associated with that line.

Configuring Welding Guns​

When you click on a selected welding gun, you will see a General settings menu and an Analyzer settings menu.

General​

The General settings menu contains basic welding gun configuration options.

Analyzer​

The Analyzer settings setting allows you to configure or change the current Weld Analyzer. If you click on Configure, it will take you to the RIWA Configurations section for that specific gun, where you can customize its settings.

When you click on Change Weld Analyzer, you can choose which analyzer you want to connect to that gun.
