Part Groups

Overview​

The Part Groups section provides an organized view of all listed part groups for the manufacturing equipment. Within each part group, you'll find details on the specific machines involved. For instance, as illustrated in the image, a simulated Wheelhouse LH (Left Hand) which represents the part group is displayed. This Wheelhouse LH is further divided into Group A and Group B, representing parts associated with the part group. You can also view the specific welds associated with Group A and Group B respectively.

When you click on a Individual Part, you will see some information, including basic details such as:

  • Part name
  • Start time
  • A colored indicator representing the weld rating

In addition to this basic data, clicking on the colored square representing the weld rating reveals more detailed information regarding the weld. Please refer to Weld Summary.

When you click on the Part Name, you will get an image containing the weld mapping with some useful metadata, please refer to Part Summary for more
