F2 Won't Turn On

If you are having an issue with turning on the F2 unit, even while the device is plugged in, go through the steps outlined below.

1. Unplug the F2 unit.
2. Remove the batteries. There should be a tab at the bottom portion of the battery. Push it right to lift the cover up to expose the batteries. Then you will be able to remove the batteries. It should be easier to remove it from the upper portion first.
3. Power cycle the F2 unit. Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, then wait about 2 minutes afterwards.
4. After waiting, reinsert both batteries. There are outlets at the lower portions. Reinsert the battery from lower side first (to ensure that the battery plugs into the F2 unit), then press the upper side down to hold in place.
5. Power on the F2 unit. Your F2 unit should now power back on. If there are still issues, contact Tessonics Customer Support for additional guidance and assistance.
