Header Bar
The header bar displays all the relevant information from the active measurement. All displayed values are in millimeters.
If no active measurement is selected (i.e. a new inspection is created), the header bar remains empty.
When performing a Setup operation, it displays the measured front plate thickness.
When performing any measurement, it displays (from left to right) the diameter, indentation and stack thickness of the joint. If no measurement value can be obtained, three dashes (---) will be displayed.
Template and Restricted Mode Inspections
For template mode inspections and restricted mode inspections, the header bar also contains the template data from Desktop Tools underneath the measured values. It displays the minimum and target diameter, the minimum and maximum indentation, and the minimum and maximum stack thicknesses.
Warnings v4.7.0
v4.7.0
When joint thresholds as programmed in the test plan are not met (i.e. the diameter is too small, the indentation or stack thickness is out of range, etc.), the respective icon becomes highlighted in red to reflect this. In the case of the screenshot below, the measured diameter size (3.84mm) is smaller than the minimum diameter (4mm), which causes the diameter icon to become red.
For software versions 4.9.0 and newer, the parameter being violated is also highlighted in red.
Free Mode Inspections
In Free Mode Inspections, since there is no template data, the header bar is thinner to conserve space.
Relative Indentation
When the Display Relative Indentation is toggled in the Application Settings, the indentation is displayed as a percentage of the front plate thickness instead of millimeters.
Manual Diameter
When the diameter of the weld measurement is changed manually via the C-Scan Panel, the respective icon will change to reflect that.
ABIS - Adhesive Bonds
For adhesive bonds, the header bar will contain the measured slot width and plate thickness. For Template Mode Inspections, the minimum bead width is also displayed underneath.
